Pursuant to MLUL, the Reexamination Report is required a minimum every ten years and it’s purpose it to review the previous master plan and make any recommendations for changes to the master plan based on any pertinent local, regional and state planning policies. The Planning Board will provide updates at each meeting regarding the status of the Master Plan Reexamination Report.
