Please note that the purchasing department does not maintain a bidders list and does not release bidder information for current bids.
Municipalities in the State if New Jersey are legally required to publish and receive bids from the public on items costing more than $29,000 that were not purchased through a State or County Cooperative Purchasing Contract. In order to enhance the competitive bidding process by increasing the number of potential bidders receiving bid packages, the Township of Branchburg publishes items for which they receive bids on this website in additional to traditional means of advertising public bids.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23C, addenda may be issued for bids. If a bidder obtains a Bid Specifications or a Request for Proposal via this website, it is their responsibility to check PRIOR TO THE BID OPENING to see if an addendum has been issued. Copies of addenda or notice of same will be made available on this website or will be e-mailed or sent via U.S. Mail if a request is made by letter or e-mail to the Purchasing Agent.
Only bidders who pick up bid specifications from the Municipal Building will automatically receive copies of addenda.
