The Township’s Affordable Housing program is not for emergency situations or for those requiring financial help. Housing under this program can take 6 months or longer. It is for established households that are in the low to moderate gross income ranges as set by the State of NJ Fair Housing Act.

Units are not readily available and it can take up to 6 months or more before one may become available. The application process can take up to 4 weeks.

**Rental and resale prices are not based on income they are set in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of NJ Fair Housing Act. To be eligible to purchase or rent a unit, the Household must meet the following maximum household gross income criteria:
